To support our clients with rapid remote services we utilize the Splashtop remote desktop services. Installing this software will allow us to access your computer without needing additional information or assistance from you or your employees. The application does notify you when we remotely access the computer being serviced.

Techline Networks provides managed IT services to businesses in the Twin Cities Metro area. The specific services provided to your organization will be outlined in your service agreement or statement of work.
Invoices are issued on a regular billing cycle as defined in your service agreement. Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may be subject to a service interruption.
You agree to use our services lawfully and not in any way that could harm Techline Networks, our staff, or other clients. We reserve the right to suspend service if misuse is identified.

Either party may terminate the service relationship with written notice as specified in your service agreement. Outstanding balances remain due upon termination.
